Believe it or not we spent a lot of time refining the final design of Khush. Somewhat human-like, we purposely didn’t talk about Khush as a humanoid. The idea of sleeping next to or holding onto something that mimics certain human features may feel strange, particularly for those who prefer more abstract or conventional designs. We understand that the absence of “arms” and a “face” might make Khush seem incomplete, however with much testing and experimentation we firmly stand behind the benefits of this design and far outweighs any potential reservations. The “legs” of Khush allow users to wrap their own legs around it, as an example, providing excellent support for the hips, lower back, and spine. This feature can relieve pressure on the joints and promote better alignment. The absence of “arms and a face” make Khush less specific or even emotionally charged than a fully anthropomorphic design, allowing it to focus solely on delivering ergonomic comfort without being too visually overwhelming. Its unique shape can enhance the user’s sleeping posture, reduce discomfort, and improve overall rest, making it a highly functional and supportive aid.
