At Khush, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping terms and policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of your items. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected, the weight of the items, and the destination.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to ensure timely delivery. Available methods may include standard, expedited, and express shipping. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to meet these estimates, please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Khush is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Warranty Coverage
Khush warrants to the original purchaser that our Khush products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use and service for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What is covered:
This limited warranty covers any physical flaws in Khush products used under conditions of normal residential use and proper handling. It also covers any manufacturing defects.
What is not covered, standard return guidelines:
● Normal wear and tear
● Changes in personal comfort preferences
● Stains, soiling, burns, or discoloration
● Temperature, humidity or to weather
● Damage caused by improper use or care, including but not limited to cuts, tears, or spills
● Damage caused by using the Khush product for purposes other than intended
● Any Khush product that has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons
● Any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or other monetary loss
What is Not Covered for Khush Cushion/Khush-Case:
Khush is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Khush products are only warranted against structural defects in the material or workmanship.
Loose threads, pilling, normal body contouring, and stretching of fabrics are considered cosmetic flaws and are not covered.
The warranty does not apply to:
Normal body signatures of 3" deep or less, firmness preference, allergies or sensitivities, dover (fabric).*
Stains or soil, burns, models sold “as is.”
*Normal body signatures are not a suggestion of structural failure.
OUR LIMITED WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY
If we determine at our discretion that there is a defect covered by our warranty, we will take responsibility for repair or replacement as set forth above. If we cannot repair or replace an item, we reserve the right to substitute a substantially similar part or product, or to pay to you a prorated portion of the purchase price of the defective product based on the length of time you have owned the products as compared to the length of the warranty period. Any such payment shall be paid in full satisfaction of all claims for breach of warranty, which you might have against the company.
YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY
In the event of a defect occurring during the warranty period. Which we determine to be the result of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at our discretion. Any warranty issue must be accompanied by three digital photographs (3mb maximum), along with your original invoice number, your name and contact phone number.
The warranty only covers the item to be replaced and not the cost of getting the part to you. The Khush product must be in good condition and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Except as expressly provided in this limited warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khush disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khush shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising out of the use or inability to use the product or otherwise, even if Khush has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law:
This limited warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province or state in which the original purchase was made.
