• Yes, you want to keep your Khush clean. We recommend dry clean only or that you buy a dry cleaning kit. Here is the link to the one we use. Alternatively you can hand wash and air dry your Khush. Do not put your Khush in the washing machine nor in the dryer wet.

To keep your Khush  fresh, we recommend using dryer sheets and toss it in the dryer on a low heat setting for about 15-2020 minutes. This helps eliminate any odors and adds a lovely scent. Additionally, you can fluff your pillow regularly and air it out in a well-ventilated space to maintain its freshness. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods, and consider using Khushcase for extra care.

Khush comes filled based on extensive market testing but we know that everyone likes it a little differently but you can remove or add filling as you wish. The body of your Khush has been filled to a tested optimum level but feel free to add or remove stuffing as you see fit.

Instructions for Removing Stuffing from Your Khush

1. Find the zipper on the entrance of your Khush on the back on the back. 
2. Carefully unzip the entrance to access the stuffing inside the centre portion. 
3. Gently pull out the stuffing to your desired level. There are three zones. The head, body and legs. The head and legs have a different type of stuffing.
4. If you wish to add more stuffing, simply place some into your Khush until you reach your preferred comfort level.
5. Once you are satisfied with the amount of stuffing, zip the entrance securely to keep everything in place.

Enjoy your customized Khush experience!

1. Take out the vacuum bag your Khush was shipped in and screw off the white cap of the air valve.  Keep the cap handy. Ensure that there is no dirt or material around the air valve to ensure tight seal.
2. Fold Khush in half with the feet facing its head. 3. Insert your folded Khush in vacuum bag, placing its legs on the opposite side of white air valve.
3. Push Khush into bottom of bag adjusting, to keep the legs to the outside edges of bag.
4. Fold the Khush head between the two legs.
5. Zip up the open end using the provided clip tool or your fingers. Go over several times to make sure fully sealed.
6. Place a strong vacuum onto the air valve and suck out excess air.  Push down on Khush body as you pull out the air.  The stronger your vacuum, the more air you can get out.
7. Remove your vacuum and screw back the white seal cap over the air valve-make sure it is secure.
8. Let sit for one hour to make sure the bag is fully sealed before packaging for shipping. If the shipping bag expands go to step 6 and repeat the process.
9. If re-packing for returns, put the Khush vacuum bag inside a shipping box or shipping bag and seal with tape. Do not mail in vacuum bag only.

Yes, simply put your Khush inside the bag and zip up the seal. Then take a household vacuum and attach to the port and suck out all the air. The port has a convenient built-in valve that will stop any air from getting back in. Best part is you can use it again and again.

Khush is a hand made product in Canada with materials sourced for quality. The fill material is hypo allergenic and the cushion material is as well.  No child labor is used in the production of Khush.
